Please read the following before you commission me!

All commissions undertaken by Carrot (me!) for the client are subject to the following Terms of Service (TOS). The TOS shall be considered accepted between the artist and client at the time of the commission being purchased.
*Note: Carrot (me) is allowed full refusal/refunds at their discretion.

1. Use of All commissions are for Personal Use only. Commission may be used for any personal (non-commercial) purpose, to include on the client's personal page, as reference, wallpaper, etc. Credit back to the artist's page is appreciated when reposting, but not required.Commissions resold are to be told to the artist. However, no art of mine shall be used/sold by the following: NFTs, AI, prints, stickers, keychains, decals, logos, etc. If the client seeks Commercial Use, additional Terms of Service for the commission must be discussed and bilaterally agreed upon, in writing, before acceptance.All rights to the product of the commission are reserved by the artist. The commission shall be shared for gallery & marketing purposes by the artist, unless otherwise requested by the client. (If the client would like a delayed posting of the commission in the event of something like a birthday present, please let the artist know.)

2. Under no circumstance will Carrot (me!) take art/do art FOR a minor or OF a minor! I do not converse with anyone beneath the age of 18+ minimum. Nor will I draw/do art of a character/person/fanon that is beneath the legal adult age of their race in question.3. Schedule of Work Upon receipt of commission request, the artist shall review for acceptability. The artist maintains full rights to accept or not accept ANY commission for ANY reason.4. Payment & Refunds Payment shall be made via Paypal/KpFi only. Currency shall be USD, & shall be paid directly after the commission is requested. Depending on the nature of the refund, there is a chance that only up to 50% of the original price will be refunded in total.5. The client may request changes to the commission at any time. Once two (2) changes have been requested, a 5% Changes Fee off the original commission pricing will be requested.

6. Carrot (me!) is a disabled artist, with health that fluctuates between fine and debilitating by the hour. If there is a deadline for your piece, this needs to be communicated BEFOREHAND. With the Deadline Fee attached to the commission price. Please understand that a commission's finish date can change from 1 month out to 5 months out. But, you will always be made aware of the timeframe.

In addition! The following Terms of Service (TOS) apply to any designs/characters adopted by the client from the artist.
a. Once adopted, you may change, repurpose, reference, use, etc. the design or character for any Personal Use. You may not use the design in any way for Commercial Use, AI Use, NFT Use, etc.b. If the client decides to resell the design/character, it must be credited back to the artist at sale posting, & shall be resold only for the original purchase price. The client may NOT resell the design/character for profit.c. The client shall notify the artist in the event the design/character is gifted to another person, or resold.
